Hi I’m Whitney Sosnowski, the sole practitioner and owner of Quantum Roots . I started Quantum Roots with the intention of creating a beautiful space to fully share my heart and gifts with the world. It is a place where one can be fully seen, heard and held through their healing journey.
Throughout my career in the physical therapy profession I have continued to approach my work with clients with openness and curiosity. It has led me on a beautiful journey of discovery and remembering of the vastness and intelligence of the human body, its innate power to heal, and my unique role in facilitating it back to its optimal state.
I was gifted the opportunity early in my career to learn and explore the integrated systems of the body through the work and wisdom of Diane Lee. This immensely altered my perception and approach to the body, learning to zoom in and out with curiosity in discovering the true root(s) of one’s pain or dysfunction. With this template as my foundation, I began to further feel and witness the interwoven and entangled roots of density that weave throughout our biological, mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic systems, causing havoc on our health and well-being.
As human beings, I believe we reach our limitless potential and fall in love with life again, when we choose to integrate all aspects of who we are. By ‘weeding our gardens’ of the layers of trauma we often unconsciously hold, we create space for our light to shine through. We truly thrive as we become more fully present and at home in our bodies.
